Experimental Abstraction

This class is for those who wish to take their painting a step further into the exhilarating realm of abstraction. Work with acrylics, oil, oil/wax and/or oil paint sticks - all or two - and discover the adventure of mixed media and the ensuing effects of layering and glazing.  Discover, too, how a limited palette can produce beautiful color harmonies.  Classes will include individual instruction throughout the painting period coupled with specific demos by the instructor.  Each class will end with a group critique of work done during the session - a much loved event! Some painting experience helpful.

Be sure to check out the supply list including color palette below.
