DATES:	August 15, 16, 17, 2008
TIME:	10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily
SET UP TIMES:	Thursday, August 14, 2008, 2:00-7:00 p.m. and Friday, August 15, 2007, 7:00-9:00 a.m.
FEES:	Please issue a check in the amount of $365 payable to The Creative Arts Center, which includes a non-refundable application fee of $15. All checks will be deposited. If your application is declined, The Creative Arts Center will refund your exhibitor's fee.
DUE DATE:	All applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2008. Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to read pdf files. [Get the Acrobat Reader.]
JURY:	Artists may submit slides, digital files or photographs. All submitted entries will be reviewed by a panel of three judges. The process will be completed by April 15. Submissions must be a good representation of the work you will be displaying. If two exhibitors wish to share a booth then both parties must be juried and accepted.
SLIDES:	Please submit five high quality slides of your work. A plain background is best. Mark each slide with your name & 'top'. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope for slides to be returned. Include extra postage for the hand canceling charge. A short description of the work, including sizes and how crafted may be sent.All work must be original and created by the exhibitor.
DIGITAL FILES:	Please submit five high quality digital files of your work to festival2@verizon.net. A plain background is best. The photos must be a good representation of the work you will be diplaying. The images should not exceed 900 pixels wide or 600 pixels tall. Please identify each digital photo with your last name and number to correspond with a short description of the work. . Include sizes and how crafted which may be sent in the body of the email. Please include in the subject heading of the email your last name, company name and date. Please include a #10 return stamped envelope with your check to receive your results.All work must be original and created by the exhibitor.
PHOTOGRAPHS:	Please submit five high quality photos of your work at least 5" X 7", along with your check. A plain background is best. Mark each photo on the back with your name & company.. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope for photos to be returned. Include extra postage for the hand canceling charge. A short description of the work, including sizes and how crafted may be sent.All work must be original and created by the exhibitor.
SPACES:	Spaces are 10' x 10'. Space requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
REGULATIONS:	The Chatham Park Commission Bans Cars On Festival Grounds and Grass. Exhibitors must park at Cross Street or Shattuck Street Entrance, unload, move the vehicle to the designated parking areas, then set-up their booth. All provisions for setting up booths are to be made by the exhibitors. All Hanging and Three Dimensional Works Must Be Original and Hand Crafted By The Artist. The only exception is shrink-wrapped reproductions and cards by the exhibitor. They are to be displayed in bins. Framed reproductions are not to be hung. Items are subject to inspection. There will be overnight security on August 14, 15, 16. All exhibitors must clear the grounds by 8:00 pm, Sunday, August 17.
REFUNDS:	There are no refunds after July 14, 2008. There is no rain date
REMOVAL:	The Creative Arts Center reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to leave the Festival for non-compliance with any of the above.
